Practical
Governance and Risk Management (PGRM)
1
Day Executive Overview
2 Day Practical Implementation
The two day course consists of a day of concepts with practical examples
to illustrate what happens when process controls are deficient at the
governance, management or performance levels. Day one will provide the
basics of the PGRM approach. (Agenda)
On
the second day, participants work in teams through the PGRM control process
on a case study which is derived from a real world business process. At
the end of the day, each group is required to make a presentation to the
class on how they have reengineered the process using the PGRM approach.
They are also required to demonstrate 1) how they have improved the level
of control in the process, and 2) how they have pulled costs out of the
process.
All
participants at publicly held PGRM courses receive a copy of the PGRM
- Forms and Documentation software. Public PGRM courses are held several
times throughout the year. Click
